Sea of Stars released – Weird Worlds now $4.99
Leave a CommentThe space roguelike series that started it all continues!
We’re so proud that you can finally play this cool (I even say “creepy”) little game. What is Sea of Stars? A kind of “lunchtime roguelike set in deep space” or “instant space opera”, if you will.
Infinite Space III: Sea of Stars is a starship roguelike, a sandbox adventure game of interstellar exploration and space battles.
Travel from star to star, discover strange artifacts and lifeforms, upgrade your ship with new systems and weapons, build up your flotilla with allies and mercenaries, and take on a variety of alien menaces.
Get the Mac or Windows version of Infinite Space III: Sea of Stars from STEAM or IndieGameStand (DRM-free) for $6.66 (33% off) until November 8.
Additionally, the price of the previous Infinite Space game, Weird Worlds: Return to Infinite Space, has been permanently reduced in price to $4.99 (50% reduction).
Weird Worlds is very similar to Sea of Stars except that it is presented in 2D rather than 3D. Weird Worlds was a 2006 IGF award winner. It’s available for Mac and Windows via STEAM, IndieGameStand, and other fine game software vendors.
